This policy covers deliberate-labs.com, the website for Deliberate Labs. It's short because this site does very little with your data.

Who we are

Deliberate Labs is a small software studio based in the Netherlands.

What this site collects

Nothing about you, personally. This is a static marketing site. There are no accounts, no sign up, no forms, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking cookies. We don't build a profile of you and we don't share anything with third parties for marketing.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to serve the site and keep it secure. We don't use that data to identify you.

If you email us

When you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply. We don't use it for anything else and we don't add you to a list.

Our products

The apps we make, Stewr and Otway, are separate services with their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold (in practice, an email you sent us), and you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Email hello@deliberate-labs.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above.
